Brian Lee, MD, PhD
Dr. Lee is an affiliated surgeon at Center Neurorestoraton Associates.
He is Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery, University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.
Dr. Lee is an undergraduate and medical school alumnus of the University of Southern California. He completed a PhD in cortical neurophysiology at the California Institute of Technology under Dr. Richard Andersen. Dr. Lee completed residency training in neurological surgery at the University of Southern California. He completed advanced fellowship training in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery at the University of California at San Francisco under Dr. Phil Starr.
Dr. Lee's interests are in surgical management of movement disorders, pain, epilepsy and neuroaugmentive procedures including brain machine interface. He has an active research program investigating use of brain machine interfaces for control of cyber-physical systems.
